30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Requests made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible and will not be approved.

  • Refund eligibility is strictly limited to the 30-day window from the confirmed delivery date.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email our Customer Support team at skinorv@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for your refund request so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Returning the Product

For unopened products purchased directly from https://skinorv.com, we will accept returns and process a refund after we receive and verify the product is unopened. Customers may be required to return the product before a refund is processed. Return shipping responsibility, instructions, and the return address will be provided by our support team upon approval of the request.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within approximately 15 business days after our verification of the returned product (where applicable). We do not guarantee that refunds will be processed within this time period in every case. Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may take an additional 5–7 business days to appear in your account.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:

  • Refund requests submitted outside of the 30-day guarantee period.

  • Subscription renewals or recurring charges processed after the 30-day window.

  • Orders that have already been processed or fulfilled once the 30-day period has passed.

  • Sale items or gift cards (where applicable).

No exceptions are made beyond the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at skinorv@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include photos of the item and packaging when reporting damage.

Repetitive Refund Requests

To prevent abuse of this policy, we reserve the right to refuse a refund request from any customer who has exhibited a pattern of repetitive refunds. We define a "pattern of repetitive refunds" as requesting more than two refunds within a 12-month period.

Subscription Refunds

Customers are responsible for managing, modifying, or canceling their subscription prior to renewal. Failure to cancel a subscription before the next billing date does not constitute grounds for a refund of subscription renewal charges processed outside the 30-day guarantee period.
