Hosting and Platform

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the e-commerce platform used to process transactions and deliver our Services.

Pricing and Payment

(a) All prices posted on this Site are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation email. Price increases will only apply to orders placed after such changes. Posted prices do not include taxes or charges for shipping and handling. All such taxes and charges will be added to your merchandise total and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offer by us, and we reserve the right to cancel any orders arising from such errors.

(b) By submitting payment information to us, you represent and agree that: (i) you are fully authorized to use that card or account; (ii) all payment information provided is complete and accurate; (iii) you will be responsible for any payment card fees; and (iv) sufficient funds exist to pay us the amount(s) due.

Shipping and Risk of Loss

(a) We will arrange for shipment of the products to you. Please check the individual product page for specific delivery options. You will pay all shipping and handling charges specified during the ordering process.

(b) Title and risk of loss pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays in shipments.

Returns and Refunds

Products are subject to return or exchange per our Refund Policy. For all refunds, we may require customers to return the product before processing a refund. For unopened products, we will accept returns for products purchased directly from https://skinorv.com and process a refund after we receive and verify the product is unopened. To request a refund, you must email skinorv@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

To prevent abuse of this policy, we reserve the right to refuse a refund request from any customer who has exhibited a pattern of repetitive refunds, defined as requesting more than two refunds within a 12-month period. Refunds are processed within approximately 15 business days after our verification of any returned product, but we do not guarantee that refunds will be processed within this time period. Refunds will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase.

Subscription Orders

Skinorv offers consumers products that can be purchased through a subscription ("subscription"), which will automatically renew unless canceled. If you sign up for a subscription, you will be charged through the payment method you provide every 30 days, or at the delivery cadence of your choosing ("billing period"). You expressly agree that by submitting your initial order you accept and are agreeing to the terms of the auto-renewal offer and understand the Subscription/Cancellation Policy.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To avoid a recurring charge, you must cancel your subscription by the last day of your billing period. To cancel, contact our customer happiness team at skinorv@gmail.com. All cancellations are effective on the last day of the billing period.

Billing Information for Subscriptions

You are obligated to provide current, complete, and accurate information for your billing account. You are responsible for promptly updating all information to keep your billing account current, complete, and accurate (e.g., change in billing address, credit card number, or credit card expiration date). You must promptly notify us if your credit card information is canceled or is no longer valid. Changes to such information can be made through the customer portal or by contacting customer service.

Product Availability and Accuracy

Certain products may only be available online and in limited quantities. We strive for accurate product representation but cannot guarantee screen-accurate color display. We reserve the right to limit product sales, limit quantities, discontinue items, and refuse orders. We may limit or cancel orders placed under the same name, email, card, or address. You agree to maintain accurate account and payment details to ensure transaction completion.

Skinorv does not make any guarantee that you will accomplish your health, wellness, or skincare goals. Your results may vary depending upon a variety of factors unique to you, such as your age, health, skin type, and genetics. Statements regarding products on this Site have not been evaluated by any government health authority unless expressly stated otherwise.
