Purchase Options Cancellation Policy (Subscription)

By purchasing a subscription product from Skinorv, you agree to the terms of our Automatic Refill Policy outlined below.

Recurring Charges

When you subscribe to a product, you will be charged automatically on a recurring basis. Charges will continue unless and until you cancel.

Frequency & Amount

You will be billed every month (once per month), until you cancel, with a minimum commitment of two months, at the amount shown during checkout. This amount may include applicable taxes and shipping fees. *Adjust this timeframe if your billing frequency is different.*

Deadline to Cancel

To avoid being charged for your next shipment, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your next billing date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before billing may not take effect until the following billing cycle.

How to Cancel

We've made cancellation simple and hassle-free. You can cancel anytime by:

  • Or emailing our support team at: skinorv@gmail.com

When emailing to cancel, please include the full name on the order, the email address used at purchase, and your order number (if available) so we can locate and cancel the subscription as quickly as possible.

Effective Date of Cancellation

All cancellations are effective on the last day of the current billing period. You will continue to receive any shipment that has already been processed prior to your cancellation request.

Refunds for Subscription Charges

Customers are responsible for managing, modifying, or canceling their subscription prior to renewal. Failure to cancel before renewal does not, by itself, constitute grounds for a refund of subscription charges processed outside of the 30-day money-back guarantee window. Updating Your Subscription

You can pause, skip, change frequency, or update payment and shipping information for your subscription at any time through our customer portal or by contacting skinorv@gmail.com.
