Shipping & Delivery Policy
At Skinorv, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping methods, delivery times, and related terms.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer fast and reliable shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

International shipping: approximately 7–24 business days, depending on destination and local carriers

Expedited shipping: available at checkout for an additional fee where eligible
Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Skinorv is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order total. We may run periodic free-shipping promotions (for example, free shipping from your second pack onward (each pack priced at $79.90 USD)). Promotional thresholds and availability may change at any time and may depend on the customer's location.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to the following destinations: the United States and Europe.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price displayed at checkout. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order.
Title and Risk of Loss
Title and risk of loss for all products pass to you upon our transfer of the products to the carrier. Once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier, Skinorv is no longer responsible for damages or losses incurred during transit, except where required by applicable law.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors and your local carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, stolen, or arrived damaged, please contact us at skinorv@gmail.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can help resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. Skinorv is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at skinorv@gmail.com; we will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has entered fulfillment.
Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment until delivery. If you have not received tracking information within 1–5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to skinorv@gmail.com.
